How a Dollar General Employee Went Viral on TikTok
It’s not uncommon for businesses to reach out to brands or products that they want to promote. In theory, the aim is to build a relationship with your customers. In practice, though, it can be tough.
That’s because with most products and services, there’s a barrier between brand and customer, which means your customers may never encounter the brand. That’s called “brand confusion.” And that’s why it’s important to have a system in place that makes the brand stand out against all the other brands out there.
With Tik Tok, it all starts with the product and the product-like photos. Once you’ve become a fan, you can then share your photos and videos with your followers. If you upload, you’ll see your post appear right in the timeline of your TikTok account.
However, as with other social media networks, there were some glitches that cropped up with Tik Tok.
A Dollar General Tik Tok User Goes Viral
A video of a Dollar General employee going viral on Tik Tok was posted to the website on Christmas Eve. It’s a funny video with an awkward ending: A Dollar General employee accidentally knocks the camera from the worker’s hand. The employee starts to cry.
As the video continues, the Dollar General employee is getting yelled at by the worker. She tells the worker not to touch her again and to stop calling her names.
In the end, though, the worker apologizes. She’s not a bad person, she says. It’s just that she’s really scared about the future.
Tik Tok is one of the social media networks that is owned and run by Twitter. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said that he’s very aware of the platform’s issues with celebrities and celebrities getting their accounts banned. He also said that the company is working on the problem.
But this doesn’t seem to have happened here, since other Tik Tok users have shown off their videos without incident.
What Did the Dollar General Tik Tok User Say in the Video?
In the video, the Dollar General employee says that the problem with the camera was due to a faulty shutter. She was told by the worker that she needs to be more careful and not accidentally knock the camera from the person’s hand.
The clip has been watched more than 100,000 times on Tik
