Why I’m Buying New Clothes This Year

Sadder but Wiser? Maybe Not.

In order to gain my own financial freedom this year, I will be going into debt to buy something I will never use. Instead of going into debt and buying a new home, in the name of “saving,” I will be buying the tools that I’ll really need in my business and in my personal life.

Instead of taking on debt while buying a home, I will make use of some of my savings to cover the cost of a home loan (if I can get one).
